Beginnings

School begins today!  What an excellent time to think and plan for the year ahead.  Oh the freshness of new pencils, the clean paper, the looseleaf hasn’t even begun to curl up in its corners- they all invite us to start fresh, to begin something really fantastic!  September is even better than New Years Day for making new plans, new resolutions and to think seriously about “where do I go from here?” For one thing, there’s no recovering from New Year’s Eve!  I am planning to regularly post a new painting and some thoughts to go with it, nothing excessively wordy but hopefully a positive message, a thought for the day, or a quotation or saying that sums up either the painting or what is rocking and rolling in my life!  Stay tuned!
